The Unofficial Michael Easton Fan Club Inc. Bylaws
Article I. Purpose of the Fan Club
The purpose of The Unofficial Michael Easton Fan Club (“Fan Club”) is to honor Michael Easton
by celebrating together his many talents, and by actively supporting the
charitable organizations which he endorses.
Article II. Charitable Works of the Fan Club
From time to time, you will be invited to participate in fund raising activities to benefit charities that Michael Easton
supports. Your participation in these events is strictly optional.
Article III. Rules of Conduct of Fan Club Members
Membership in the Fan Club requires that members act in a professional
and courteous manner at all Fan Club gatherings, events or e-mail lists/chat sessions, whether or not Mr. Easton
is participating. Under no circumstance will any member act in such a manner as to cause embarrassment to any other
Fan Club member or to Michael Easton.
Fan Club members wearing Fan Club clothing/memorabilia or presenting themselves
as Fan Club members in any public place, shall not act in such a manner that would
negatively reflect on the Fan Club or Mr. Easton, whether or not Mr. Easton is
in attendance.
Article IV. Fan Club Meetings
The Fan Club shall hold meetings of its members, at a date, time and location to be announced in advance to the
entire membership by the President. Attendance at these meetings is
strictly optional. However, if a Fan Club member chooses to attend a meeting of the membership, strict adherence
to these Bylaws must be observed.
The main purpose for Fan Club gatherings, as determined by the
Fan Club President, is for members to meet each other face to face and have
fun. Should Mr. Easton attend any Fan Club gathering, Fan Club members must adhere to these rules:
- Cameras are allowed at Fan Club gatherings, but only for use on fellow Fan
Club members. If/when Mr. Easton arrives there will be no photographs and
no requests for autographs.
- No monopolizing of his time.
- No panel-type interviews.
- No member shall act in such a manner that would make Mr. Easton (or his wife, Ginevra Arabia) feel
uncomfortable.
Article V. Guests at Fan Club Meetings
Attendance at any and all meetings of the Fan Club is limited
to Fan Club members only. Relatives, friends and spouses are not permitted
to attend unless they are members of the Fan Club as well. For security purposes, this Bylaw will be strictly
enforced. Violation of this Bylaw will result in the member being automatically banned from future gatherings and
may even lead to dismissal from the Fan Club.
Article VI. The Office of President of the Fan Club
The Fan Club has a President who owns and operates The Unofficial
Michael Easton Fan Club. She began the Fan Club at the request of several Michael Easton fans who were
looking for someone to start such an organization and run it.
Article VI. Duties of the President of the Fan Club
The Fan Club President has sole discretion in decisions that
are made with regard to the Fan Club or any matter which even peripherally
concerns it, including, but not limited to, what is posted on the Fan Club website, what is posted on the Michael
Easton Place website, and the Yahoo Groups connected with each of them, the Quarterly Newsletters, chatrooms, Fan Club
gatherings and fund-raising activities.
The Fan Club President has the sole and final say in what constitutes “professional and courteous behavior,”
should there ever be a dispute as to the meaning of this term.

Easton,” should there ever be a dispute as to the meaning of this phrase.
Article VII. Causes for Punitive Action
The following actions will cause immediate dismissal, at the sole discretion of the Fan Club President:
- Anyone publicly slandering the Fan Club, any of its members, or Michael Easton; and/or
- Anyone sending written communication of a harassing nature to any Fan
Club member or about any Fan Club member, or to Michael Easton
or about Michael Easton, or about any of the charities supported by Mr. Easton or the Fan Club.
Article VIII. Punitive Action
Members of the Fan Club are expected to comply with both the
letter and spirit of these Bylaws. The Fan Club has the right
to suspend or dismiss any member from the Fan Club who cannot or
does not abide by these Bylaws, at the sole and final discretion of the Fan Club President.
Article IX. Deemed Compliance With Terms of Bylaws
Payment of your registration fee shall be deemed complete approval and acceptance of the terms of
these Bylaws, but in no way guarantees you continued membership in the Fan Club,
should you fail to comply with these Bylaws, as determined by the Fan Club
President.
Continued payment of Fan Club dues in no way guarantees you
continued membership in the Fan Club, should you fail to comply with these
Bylaws, as determined by the Fan Club President.
Article X. Bank Account for the Fan Club
The President of the Fan Club has established a bank account
for the sole use of the Fan Club. All funds deposited into this account will be managed solely by the President
of the Fan Club, and all proceeds from fund-raising events will
be disbursed from this account to the charity for which the funds were raised.
Article XI. Reservation of Rights
The Unofficial Michael Easton Fan Club reserves the right to change or amend these Bylaws at any time.
